What to do if you’re Arrested in Pinellas County

Who’s in Jail

You can find out who is in jail in Pinellas County by going to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office website. Once you are on the website, you will want to click on the “Inmate Search” link. This will take you to a page where you can enter the last name and first name of the person you are looking for. You can also search by booking date or case number.

Set up an account with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office

If you’re arrested in Pinellas County, you can set up an account with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. This account will allow you to:

-Receive updates about your case
-Communicate with your attorney
-post bail
– schedule visits with your attorney

Use the “Inmates Booked in the Last 72 Hours” search

If you have been arrested in Pinellas County, you will be taken to the Pinellas County Jail for booking. During booking, you will have your mugshot and fingerprints taken. You will also be searched and your personal belongings will be logged and stored.

After you have been booked, you will be placed in a cell where you will remain until your first appearance hearing in front of a judge. This hearing is usually within 24 hours of your arrest, but can take up to 72 hours.

The “Daily Booked In” report lists the name of the person booked, their race, sex and age, the booking date, whether or not they are being held on a bond, and the total number of days they have been in jail. If you want more information about someone listed in the report, you can click on their name to view their booking history.

You can find information on court cases in Pinellas County through the county clerk’s office. You can also find court documents and records on the county website. You can find information on criminal cases, civil cases, and probate cases. You can also find information on court cases that have been sealed or expunged.

Go to the Pinellas County Clerk’s Office website

If you are arrested in Pinellas County, your name and other information will be entered into the Pinellas County Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS). You can check to see if you have an active warrant by going to the Pinellas County Clerk’s Office website.
